Who We Are

IAL Infrastructure is a Private Equity Infrastructure Fund recently created by Mexico’s Amodio family and senior financial executives from Canada and Mexico with over 100 years combined experience in Energy, Transportation, Telecommunications, Airports, Social Infrastructure and Financial Services.
Key areas of focus will be Latin America, North America and Europe, where IAL Infrastructure can leverage its extensive operational capabilities, deep sector knowledge and asset management experience.

Leverage the Firm’s access to a large pipeline of projects.
Target the Transport, Energy & Utilities, Communications and Social Infrastructure industries, in which the Firm is actively engaged.
Offer stable and controlled cash flows underpinned by long term contracts or a regulated asset base.
Provide strong investment performance in a potentially inflationary environment.
